Vanitas could possibly pull something out from that, maybe that it's a betrayal of trust or that in his mind the level of badness actually does matter, but similarly to Roxen poking at this wound is starting to tire. "It means it happened," is what he says instead. It happened and it can't unhappen and he'll gladly take this change of subject now thanks Roxen.
